My goal with Biofield Fitness is to create a method so you can work with your energy body in a fun, relaxing, and most importantly, effective way to help you feel better! Whether you suffer from headaches, backaches, heartaches, fatigue, or any form of stress, worry or anxiety, energy healing can help. Once you start working with your energy anatomy in conjunction with your physical anatomy on a regular basis, you will begin to notice improvements in your physical, emotional and mental well being. In the same way that you brush your teeth every day to avoid extended dental visits, you can prevent not only common ailments such as the cold and flu, but also more serious physical and emotional challenges when you take care of your energy body on a daily basis. And if you do a physical workout regularly, adding in some simple biofield workout techniques will enhance the results of your physical workout. This guided meditation is designed to help you remove the day to day negative energies that you naturally pick up as the result of being alive and in the world. In this eight minutes you'll remove unnecessary energy links to others (cords), cleanse your entire energy body (biofield), and also clean out the energy centers where we literally "stuff" our daily mental and emotional upsets (solar plexus chakras). Make it a part of your end of the day routine for 30 days and see if you don't notice a difference in your day to day level of cheerfulness and vitality.

Tending Your Energetic BlueprintQuantum physics shows us how everything that is physical is energy first. Your body is no different: it is a manifestation of your energy body (biofield, aura, bioplasmic body); this is your blueprint. And you have control over the design of your blueprint! If you want to change your physical, emotional and/or mental experience, you can do this by making changes in your energy body.
If you work with energy already you know the power of keeping your energy body cleansed and clear.
